MISC
Payments
We accept cash, personal check, and card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). Payment is required at the time of service.
Insurance
We currently do not accept Insurance. At the end of your visit we provide you with the necessary reimbursement paperwork (Superbill) which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement and/or deductible coverage. Your care is our priority. We are able to provide the best care for you when we are not constrained by the limitations imposed by insurance companies.
Sliding Scale
It is our priority to provide care to those who are in need. We offer a limited number of sliding scale visits per month. Please contact us for more information.
