I specialize in holistic women’s health and family medicine, complex pelvic conditions, hormone health, healing from abdominal & pelvic surgery, trauma and birth. The potency of working with me is reflected in my ability to bridge Naturopathic Medicine with Energy Medicine and Pelvic & Abdominal therapy. I amplify health by aligning families with their physiologic design, nature’s design, so they can heal, thrive and create a vibrant life.
I hold a deep trust in the body’s innate ability to heal.
When we follow nature’s design …
Healing is always available.
I received my Naturopathic Medical Doctorate and certificate in Natural Childbirth and Midwifery from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM). While attending NUNM, I completed specialized rotations in women’s health, gynecology, cardiology and pulmonary medicine.
I completed my bachelor’s degree in Pre-Medicine at Sarah Lawrence College. I attended Lāʻau lapaʻau (Hawaiian herbal medicine) classes from Levon Ohai and Krista Steinfeld at the University of Hawaiʻi .
In addition, I completed a midwifery and pediatrics externship at A Gentle Beginning in Portland, Oregon and at Sacred Healing Arts in Honolulu, Hawaii. I have had the privilege of attending births with licensed and traditional midwives, both of which have expanded my ability to be with and support women.
I continue to learn from exceptional teachers, elders and healers. I am a member of the Naturopathic Medicine Institute. I am certified in Holistic Pelvic Care™ with Tami Lynn Kent, MSPT. I have studied with Lynn Shulte, PT though the Institute for Birth Healing and with Rachelle Seliga Garcia with Innate Traditions and am a Certified Innate Postpartum Care Practitioner.
I tend to my family including my husband, three children, dog,
cats, sheep, chickens on our off-grid homestead. You’ll find me speaking my truth, shifting ancestral patterns and playing on the mountains or in the sea.
